Report on Cyclone Sidr and Cyclone Aila: Emergency Response and Rehabilitation

Cyclone Sidr, Category IV, hit southern Bangladesh on November 15, 2007 crossing the Khulna and Barisal coasts around 7:30pm (local time) with a high tidal surge and winds of over 250 kilometers per hour.
