SPEED Trust is working with water sanitation programs from the very beginning accompanying with different projects. From the year 2000, SPEED Trust is working Bauphal, Dashmina and Kalapara upazilas of Patuakhali district including Barisal sadar. In the year 2005, SPEED Trust started WatSan program with collaboration of NGO Forum and is working at Bauphal and Dashmina upazilas of Patukahli district.

The major activities of the project :

Formation of committee for awareness on sanitation
Arrange meeting with community
Arrange workshop on technical support on safe drinking water
Arrange regular meeting on sanitation
Outcomes:

Community will use sanitary latrines
Community will use safe drinking water
